Refund Policy

This page explains when you get your Tokons or money back. Last updated: 5 November 2026.

How your Tokons are protected

• When you order, your Tokons are held safely by Beauty Kingdom. The seller doesn't receive them until you accept the work.
• When the seller delivers, you have 3 days to accept it or open a dispute. If you do neither, the order completes automatically and the seller is paid.

When you get your Tokons back

• You cancel before the seller accepts: all your Tokons come back straight away.
• The seller turns your order down: all your Tokons come back straight away.
• You win a dispute: if the work isn't what you ordered, press Dispute Work within the 3 days. We look at the order and the messages, and if we agree, your Tokons come back.
• The seller is very late or stops replying: message us through Contact and we'll look into it.

Refunds for orders are always paid back as Tokons, so you can use them on another order.

Refunds of unused Tokons

• If you change your mind, you can ask for unused Tokons back within 14 days of buying them. We refund them the same way you paid, minus any fee the payment method charged us.
• Tokons you've already spent on an order can't be refunded this way - use the order refunds above instead.
• To ask, contact us with your BK- reference code.

When we can't give a refund

• Orders you accepted, or that completed automatically after 3 days.
• Custom work that matches what you asked for, just because you changed your mind afterwards.
• Top-ups you haven't actually paid for (for example a bank transfer that never arrived).

Chargebacks

• Please contact us before asking your bank or payment provider for your money back - we can usually sort it out faster.
• If a top-up is charged back or reversed, those Tokons are removed from your account. If they've already been spent, your account may be suspended until it's sorted.

Sellers

• When a refund is given, the held Tokons go back to the buyer, so the seller isn't paid for that order.
• Cash-outs that have already been sent can't be reversed by the seller.

Your legal rights

• This policy doesn't affect your rights under UK consumer law.
